Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS

At this time, due to prevailing health concerns, we are not accepting exchanges. If your item does not fit, reach out to us at customerservice@theposhy.com for us to discuss options. You will hear back from us within 48-72 hours.

All items are final sale. SIZE Exchanges ONLY (customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees).

SIZE EXCHANGE

If your item does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for a different size. You must ship the item back within 5 business days of receiving it to the PO BOX on the label via USPS (first class or priority is fine). In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. Not including a note may delay the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and will be emailed an invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item.
